The space

This sunny studio is bookended by UWM to the north and St. Mary's to the south and has convenient restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Please note the living room has a loveseat which is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size. Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, Keurig, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, and shared rooftop patio & lounge Location: - 2 blocks to UWM campus - 5 minute drive to St. Mary's, Bradford Beach, and North Ave bars and restaurants - Walkable to cafes, convenience stores, and quick service dining Parking: - Parking is not included in this listing - Free daytime street parking is available on Cramer St a block east - Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Cramer St and on Murray Ave, but not allowed on Locust St - Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If deposit is required, payment link will be messaged to you after the booking on Airbnb is confirmed Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests are subject to availability Other things to note: - There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs and white noise machines are provided for guests just in case. - We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Guest access

Guests will have full, private access to the studio unit, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and in-unit laundry for your convenience. In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including: • Gym – A fully equipped fitness center available for all residents. • Rooftop Patio & Lounge – A shared space offering beautiful views, seating areas, and a great spot to relax or socialize. Please be mindful that these shared spaces are available to all guests and residents. We kindly ask that you respect the community guidelines and shared amenities during your stay.
